55 minutes per session.

Usually weekly or biweekly. We adapt as we go.

In-person in Madrid (Alonso Martínez & Ponzano) or online via video call.

You don't need to be sure. The first conversation is exactly for that — to explore together whether this process makes sense for you right now.

I don't know what to say in the first session

You don't need to prepare anything. My job is to accompany you. Come as you are — with a lot or a little. What matters is that you show up.

How long does a process last?

There's no fixed duration. It depends on you, your moment and what you bring. Some people come for a few months, others for longer. We review together.

Do you make diagnoses?

No. My work is counselling and therapeutic accompaniment, not clinical diagnosis. If I identify a need for psychological or psychiatric evaluation, I'll refer you to the right professional.
