You're a senior professional working in Madrid. Your days are filled with decisions, deadlines, and people management. You're good at what you do; maybe too good, because the better you perform, the more is expected.

And at some point, something shifted. The drive that used to energize you now drains you. Sleep doesn't restore you. Your relationships feel transactional. You function, but you don't feel.

You know you need to talk to someone. But most therapists you've found don't get it.

The problem with most therapy for professionals

Many therapists work with professionals. Few have been professionals. There's a difference between understanding corporate pressure theoretically and having lived the sprint-planning cycles, the Q4 crunch, the stakeholder management, the performance review anxiety.

When your therapist doesn't get the context, you spend valuable session time explaining what a matrix organization is, why "just set boundaries" isn't practical advice when your boss is in Singapore and your team is in three time zones, or why the pressure feels different from "normal stress."

What I bring to this work

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over a decade in corporate environments. Accenture, Salesforce, Celonis. I know the language, the dynamics, and the specific kind of exhaustion that comes from sustained high performance. I don't need you to explain the context. We can go straight to what matters.

My approach is integrative: I combine IFS (to work with the parts of you that drive and the parts that are burning out), EMDR (to process experiences that are fueling the anxiety), Gestalt (to reconnect with what you're actually feeling, not just thinking), and somatic work (because your body is carrying what your mind won't acknowledge).

This isn't about being broken. It's about a high-performing system that needs recalibration; not replacement.

Common themes in this work

Imposter syndrome that gets louder with every promotion. Anxiety that's become your default operating mode. Emotional disconnection : functioning without feeling. Insomnia driven by a mind that won't stop. Relationships eroded by chronic unavailability. And the quiet question underneath it all: "Is this all there is?"

How it works

Sessions are available in-person in Madrid (Ponzano, Chamberí) or online. Fully in English. We start with a free 30-minute conversation to see if there's a fit. no commitment, no pressure. If we decide to work together, sessions are 55 minutes, typically weekly.

If you're ready to stop performing and start understanding, let's talk.
